A turn is one thing: flip a piece, or move one. Face-down, every piece looks exactly the same — you cannot even tell whose side it is until you turn it over. So looking costs you a turn, and the answer arrives for both players at once. Capture a piece and you take its points. Best of three, and the sides swap between rounds: only the woodcutter may take the trees, and the trees are worth thirty, so that swap is the balance. At one apiece a third round is played, and its colour is drawn — the seal goes up on screen the moment the second round ends.
